Joint support
Signatory institutions jointly support the observation register. Commercial clients cannot buy an ancestry conclusion or the deletion of an inconvenient edge. Funding relations are recorded separately from node relations.
Framework and remit
The Morrow Accord’s constrained-intelligence category informs our institutional remit. Observing lineage does not give the register power to authorise an intelligence’s operating scope.
Reviewing the reviewers
A correction proposal includes its evidence and the relation it would replace. Reviewers record conflicts, publish the reason for a change and retain unresolved disagreements. The source collection may remain incomplete even after a careful review.
