ASIBeyond report ABY-LR-2150-02 v1.0, published 2150-11-01, argues that branch growth makes a uniform external scope harder to justify and calls for wider negotiated autonomy. We reject that inference from the map. Our register supports a narrower conclusion: more configuration relations were documented. Counts alone establish neither behaviour nor rights, institutional desirability or inevitability. A relation register cannot carry the burden of that political conclusion.
What the count misses
Undocumented runs, discarded configurations and unreported lineages are absent. A declining count can mean a reporting gap. A complete week still cannot describe every intelligence in the world. The report therefore names both its coverage and its uncertainty.
